• If you request a cash offer: your first name, the property address, your email address, and — only if you choose to provide it — your phone number.
• If you email us about the investor list: whatever you include in your message — typically your name, email address, and the markets and property criteria you are interested in. There is no investor form; you contact us directly by email.
• If you submit a partner inquiry: your name, company, role, email address, optional phone number, and the message you write.
• Ordinary server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address and request time, as every web server does.

What we do not do

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking pixels. We do not profile you across sites, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Why we use your information

To evaluate the property you told us about, prepare and send you an offer, respond to your inquiry, and — if you asked us to — send you off-market investment opportunities. We do not use your information for any unrelated purpose.
